Anna and David

Anna and David like to recall how their relations started... It hapenned last winter. Just after the New Year Anna came to the agency in her town Bendery. She was a little upset. Everybody knows, that during the holidays single people feel their loneliness much more, than ever. Luckily, a very pleasant surprise was waiting for Anna in the agency: the man, who she found so handsome and attractive and whom she sent her first letter, replied to her! He was not young ( 53 years old), but his eyes were shining with courage, passion and the expression of his eyes promised Anny that she would never be bored with that man. And she was right - in spite of his natural nobility and excellent education, David was losing his self-control around Anny :) They could argue, cry and prove their points of view to each other with such a passion, that somebody from aside could think : "Oh, my God! They are like a cat and a dog, living together". But David and Anna couldn't live without each other and all the passionate debates always finished with even more passionate nights… and days… and… mornings…:)

I (your modest narrator) was with that couple as their interpreter, but my job mostly consisted of entertaining Anna's daughter Kristina. Together with Kristina, I visited a lot of shops, museums, the zoo and the theatre, while Anna and David were solving " very important issues", which they had to decide face to face ;) I am sorry, dear David and Anna for telling your secrets, but I cant' be silent, knowing how happy you are now together! Please, feel like Hollywood super stars and I will be your talkative journalist :) ...They met a month later after a very intensive correspondence. How excited and nervous Anny was in the Kishinev airport! When David appeared at the entrance, he was elegant, charming and sparkling with humor.

It was obvious - that couple was perfect for each other, as they were just shining with happiness, they were holding their hands all the time and the rest of the world didn't exist for them. That meeting completely changed their lives. After that, David travelled to visit Anna from London to Kishinev every two weeks!!! They spent a lot of long week-ends and holidays together. All this time David was working on the documents to take Anna and Kristina to the United Kingdom and Anna with Kristina were working at their English improvement. English Embassy in Moldova declined their visa request three times! But you won’t believe it: they continued to fight for their right to be together. It is amazing, but in 6 months Anna's English was almost perfect! She did her best to be closer to David and David, in his turn, made a really heroic act for his love… He stopped his practice as a lawyer in London (he was working there for over 30 years) and made a decision to move to Cyprus to live with Anna.

Now they live together and prepare for the wedding! No matter how hard and cruel destiny was to them, they overcame all the difficulties while fighting for their love! They are very happy! And they desrve to be happy! Let's wish David and Anna live a long, happy life together!
